As DAP Shipping Logistics, we successfully completed extensive humanitarian aid logistics operations in the Syrian region in January and February 2026.
Throughout the operation, all logistics planning, field organization, and operational management for the delivery of shipments originating from Turkey to the Syrian field were coordinated end-to-end by our company.
During the approximately 3-week intensive operation period:
• 250 international road shipments
• 500 container shipments
• Planning of border crossing operations
• Organization of domestic Syrian logistics
• Management of loading and unloading crane operations
• Field equipment and operation coordination
• Supply of a fleet of vehicles with Syrian registration
• Local field management and real-time operation monitoring
All these tasks were carried out simultaneously by DAP Shipping Logistics operational teams.
In this project, which was carried out considering challenging field conditions, intense operational pace, and regional logistics dynamics, our primary priorities were the safe shipment of goods, rapid mobilization in the field, and uninterrupted operational flow.
Within the scope of the operation, all processes from loading points to final delivery sites were managed; The project was successfully completed with an integrated logistics management model including planning, equipment management, vehicle organization, and field coordination.
